They've been getting more and more abstract lately, Adam--what's that about, if anything? This one makes me think of old cookbook illustrations, for some reason--maybe the color scheme? Kind of looks like the colors in those washed-out old magazine photos and illos from the forties:

Also, it somehow looks edible. Or maybe I'm just hungry. Anyway, nice one today--a big stretch from the last couple of weeks. Many of the forms you use suggest constriction, compression, control (to me, anyway)--tight, wrapped-up shapes under tension. Do you see them that way?
