When determining the size, I personally prefer that all of the furniture sit entirely on or entirely off the rug —never half on or half off. Spend what you can afford.

If rich fabrics with textures are applied throughout the area, then the tone palette must be simple. Try applying neutrals also mixing white or cream also black with grey, perhaps even a few wooden‐elements. Purple is a advanced tone which gives a royal‐vibe to ’pretty’ much anything. Utilize it as an accent tone also blend it with white as well as grey or pastel shades.
